Dear Frattaroli Family, It is with deep sorrow in our heart that we have been informed with the death of Mario. We were in the privileged circumstance to have met Mario during our stay in CT. Personally I enjoyed the times we spend playing golf early in the weekend mornings. Always willing to give me a good tip how to play golf. A great person will be missed. We will remember you all in our prayers. Hans&Karin Wijnbelt

J.B. and Family, I was sorry to hear of the death of your father. Athough I never met him, I can see from his obituary that he led an active and productive life; it was wonderful to see an Italian-American from the 1940s going on to college; that's inspirational to us all. I know that right now the pain of loss is hanging over you and your family, but in time you'll be recalling the many times you shared together, your pride in him, and his pride in you all. Bridget told me of your moving to Ohio; I hope you're enjoying the new state. Sincerely yours, Paul LaRocca

Sorry to hear about Mario's passing. When I think of Mario I think of Yale Bowl and the times my dad, Uncle Mario and I went to see Junior play football for Connecticut. Here I was a little guy and he was so big and football player no less,"wow". To me he was always a giant of a man. He was my mom favorite, thats all she ever talked about. I sure my Mom will take him by the hand and watch over him. He will be missed by all. Carmine & Sue Sullo

My wife and myself knew Mario for over 50 years and celebrated over 40 New Year's Eves. We had countless get togethers as our families grew. The finest individual I have ever known. He had the voice of a bear and a heart of gold. He was great at horseshoes and an excellent golfer with a positive attitude. To say he will be missed would be an understatement. God bless you, Mario.
