Ronald G. Rickert, 74, of Manchester, husband of Jean (Henderson) Rickert died Thursday (December 13, 2012) at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Rutland, VT he was the son of the late Harold and Dorothy (French) Rickert. Ronald retired from Rogers Corporation after many years of service. He was an avid New York Yankee's fan and loved spending time in Vermont and New Hampshire, especially his trips to Mount Washington. Besides his wife he is survived by his children Ronald Rickert of Tolland, Denise Miller and her husband Anthony of Tolland, Brian Rickert of Manchester and Christine Rickert and her fiancé Hector Rodriguez of Tolland; 5 grandsons Ronald, Nicholas, Adam, Joseph and Christopher; 1 granddaughter Lauren; and one great grandson, Blake. He is also survived by his brother Myron Rickert and his wife Lois of Florida, sisters-in-law Carol Chavis and her husband Victor of Bristol, and Mary Chasse and her husband Ronald of Manchester and several nieces and nephews.
