We are sad at the loss of an old friend. Jim was a true gentleman and a modern day renaissance man. He had style, grace, and a kindness that is hard to replicate. We never bought Jim Wagner a drink - we tried - he just never let it happen.

We are so saddened to hear of Jim's passing and our thoughts and prayers are with Lynn and Jim's family at this time of sorrow. Felix and I have known Jim for years from our work together at the State Capitol and the Legislative Office Building. Jim was a gentle giant - always willing to offer his assistance and never having a negative thing to say about anyone. He and his soul mate, Lynn England, hold a very special place in the hearts of all who've had the pleasure of their company and consider themselves friends. Our condolences to Lynn and to both families. May you rest is peace dear friend and know that you will always be with us in our hearts and minds.

Beautiful Lyn.... So very sorry to learn of Jim leaving the 'surly bonds of earth to touch the face of God'. How could such a huge man be such a teddy bear!? I feel blessed to have had such a wonderful person be a part of my life, and know that you and the rest of his family must have many wonderful memories to comfort you. I am away and won't see you at Jim's services, but know you are in my prayers and heart. Love, Marie ("Max") Knudsen
