Though I do not know your loved ones, I am saddened by the young loss of life. So I extend my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your beloved, Crystal and Eugene. Please know that Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ is aware of your pain and they care for you. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) . I hope that you are able to find some comfort in God's promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21:4,5) and the many wonderful memories of your loved one becoming a reality in the future resurrection in paradise. (Acts 24:15). Please accept my sincere condolences.

To the family and friends,
I am very sorry to here of the lost of your loved one.
In the Bible at 2Corinthians 1:3,4 it says: " Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."
God comforts us by his word the Bible.
In it he explains why we have sickness and death and how he will undue all the problems we see in the world today and bring our loved ones back to life. If you would like free Bible studies to bring you comfort, you may ask any one of Jehovah's Witnesses to make arrangements.

Dear Halsted Family: My deepest sympathy for the family and friends of Crystal and her dear son. We will never get used to losing our loved ones in death because as Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, we were created with everlasting life in view. But may you find comfort in knowing that Almighty God has promised that soon he will swallow up death forever along with the pain that it brings. (Isaiah 25:8) God has also promised that he will return Crystal and her son to you as it says at John 5:28,29. You can also learn more about what happens when a loved one dies at JW.org.
Sincerely,
Susan

I am so sorry for your loss. Words cannot begin to explain the loss of such dear loved ones. It is my hope that some measure of comfort can be gained from God’s assuring words at Psalm 34:18.

My sincere condolences for the loss of Crystal. Be assured that the almighty God truly cares for the family!
May you find comfort in the promise that "... there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" (Acts 24:15), and very soon "... no resident will say, 'I am sick'" (Isa. 33:24) because "... death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”(Rev. 21:4)
How is this possible? Visit JW. ORG and search for 'Why did Jesus die?'. Then watch the video.

Coping with the death of a loved one is never easy. When Lazarus died, Jesus “groaned in the spirit and became troubled,” and shortly afterward he “gave way to tears.” (John 11:33, 35) So, when someone we love dies, it does not show weakness to cry. God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Revelation 21:4).May the God of love comfort the Halsted family and friends.

We do not know each other. I happen to come across your incredibly beautiful and heartfelt words for your wife and son. I can not begin to imagine your pain. The words you have written say so much about how much they were both loved. There is absolutely nothing anyone can say or do to ease your pain but please know that I, a stranger, will keep you, your beautiful wife and your precious son in my prayers.

To all family and friends of Crystal Halsted and Eugene III,
I am so sorry for your loss. My heart grows heavy to learn about this recent loss of a wonderful person and a newborn child who would've surely grown up to be an amazing person. Crystal and I were friends in high school and someone I went to when I needed advice about anything. She was a great friend to have by your side and such a sincere person. We later on would work at Walgreens together, continuing to make great memories as friends. She made work fun and she would brighten your day up, especially if you were feeling down about anything. It's sad to think over time you lose touch with people because of work, relationships, and a lack of time. Crystal and I lost touch and I wish we hadn't. Of course nobody thinks the worst possibilities will ever happen, but unfortunately sometimes in life it does. You never know what will happen. Eugene, I never had the pleasure of meeting you. I am sorry you're going through this. This amount of pain of losing your wife and child, I can't even imagine. Please stay strong and talk with loved ones about your feelings. When it feels like there is only darkness and no light at the end of the tunnel, think about how tough Crystal was and how tough she would want you to be. To all of Crystal's family and loved ones. Death of a family member can be one of the worst kind of pains out there. I wish I could take away all of your pain as well but all I can do is offer my kind words and memories and hope to make people feel a little happiness in a time of overbearing sadness. Crystal, you will remain in the hearts and memories of loved ones and friends including myself. Eugene III, may you and your mother rest in peace together and experience everlasting happiness and joy together. Much love to everybody who is feeling the loss of Crystal and baby Eugene III.
Sincerely,
Michael Martinez.
