Paul Arthur Laccavole, 68, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Paul was born in Bridgeport, CT in 1948 and was a long-time resident of northeast Connecticut. A caring and compassionate person, Paul spent his career as a social worker and a mental health nurse. He was a lover of great literature, art, nature, and music and enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and photography. He was a big fan of UCONN basketball, the Boston Red Sox, and Celtics. His compassion, intelligence, and wit will be missed by all who knew him. Paul is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Melody and Ian Christopher and his treasured grandchildren Jacob and Natalie of Vernon, his sister Donna Warner of Kansas, nephew William Warner from Washington state, and niece Christina Doran from Minnesota.
