William A. Johnson, 84, of East Hartford, the husband of the late Teresa M. Johnson passed away suddenly Monday, July 4, 2016. Born in Hartford, he had lived in East Hartford for most of his life. He was retired from I.B.E.W. Union Local #35 after many years of service. He leaves behind his daughters Maureen and her husband Tim Crimmins of Windsor, Diane and her husband Michael McLean of West Hartford, Nancy and her husband Chris Graham of East Hartford, his son Robert and his wife Beth Johnson of Middlefield, as well as his grandchildren Jennifer and Timothy Crimmins, Michael McLean and his wife Caitlin McLean, Megan Bettencourt and her husband Greg, Matthew McLean and his wife Marjorie, Rebecca Johnson and Ashley Graham; his great-grandson Finn Michael Bettencourt.
