Obituary of Beatrice Lesieur
Beatrice Lesieur, 95, of Manchester, the beloved wife of 67 years to Andre Lesieur died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Crestfield Nursing Home, Manchester. Born in St. Elie, Quebec, Canada, she was the daughter of Wilbrod and Corinne Philibert. She enjoyed gardening and tag sales, obtained her driver's license at age 42 and bought a sharp turquoise Mustang, her only indulgence. She always said "it's better to give money to the poor." Bea's greatest joy in life was her family, in addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Elizabeth Lesieur of Minneapolis, MN, Denise McLennon and her husband Daniel of Bolton, and Paul Lesieur and his wife Brenda of Minnesota; her grandchildren, who held a special place in her heart, Daniel McLennon and Wife Yumiko, Kate McLennon, Nicole Lesieur and Madeleine Lesieur; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by seven brothers and 1 sister. The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful caregivers at Crestfield Nursing Home, for their compassion, kindness, and genuine love they had for Bea.
