Carol A. Kane, 73, of Manchester, died on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Marietta Good of Glastonbury and the late Edward Kane. Carol had worked for Heritage Savings & Loan, and the Savings Bank of Manchester, which became New Alliance Bank during her tenure. She is also survived by her former husband Roman Spiewak of Manchester, with whom she made her home; her children Carol Spiewak of East Hartford, Jeffrey Spiewak and his wife Therese of Manchester, and Susan Hardy and her husband Michael of Franklin, NH; eight grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester, followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
