Obituary of Marsha Cogan

Marsha (McCaffrey) Cogan, 64, the wife of Gary E. Cogan of Manchester, died Monday (March 21, 2016) at Crestfield Nursing Home, Manchester. Born in Beverly, MA, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Marjorie (O'Brien) McCaffrey.

Marsha had worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Konica-Minolta for many years. She was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, UConn Women's Basketball and loved animals, especially cats.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son Clifford Cogan of Manchester, her sister Midge Menzies of Maryland; her sister-in-law Janice Cogan of Manchester, her brother-in-law Ed Cogan and his wife Francine of Maine; her niece Kimberly Perry and nephews Timothy Perry and Todd Cooley. She is also survived her aunt Marion Asaro and several nieces, nephews and her friends in Accounts Receivable at Konica-Minolta. She was predeceased by her son Jason Cogan and her sister Mary Cooley and her husband David and her brother-in-law Robert Cogan.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday (March 29th) at 8:00 p.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. For online condolences please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
