Charles F. Williams, 72, of East Hartford, formerly of Manchester, died Sunday May 6, 2012 at home. Born in Manchester, he was the son of Foster and Rose Mary Williams. Charles was a US Army veteran. He is survived by his children Wendy Finkbein and her husband Eric of East Hartford and Kelly Pierson of Manchester, his step-daughters Kim Bard and Tami Sibley of Manchester and 13 grandchildren.
