Obituary of Linda M. Loranger
Loranger (Deschamps), Linda Marie, of Manchester, beloved wife of Joseph (Art) Loranger was called to the lord on January 15, 2016. Born in Frenchville, ME, daughter of Wellena (Deschaine) Voisine of Fort Kent, ME and the late Arthur Deschamps on October 22, 1950.
Linda is survived by her husband Joseph Loranger, mother Wellena Voisine of Fort Kent, ME; daughter and son-in-law, Lena and Jason Maheu of Wethersfield, CT son Randy Emond of East Longmeadow, MA; and her seven adoring grandchildren, Jessica and Jacob Maheu; Jenna, Julia, Kaylee, and Isaac Emond; and Breanne Joyce. She also leaves behind five sisters Nora and Manny Gagne of St. Petersburg, FL; Pauline and Lucien Saucier of Wallagrass, ME; Theresa and Fredrick Hafford of St. Francis, ME; Bernadette and Bob Neitzel of North Port, FL; Marie Wilcox of St. Agatha, ME; five brothers Roger Deschamps of Enfield CT; Lewellyn Deschamps of Beaufort, SC; Maurice Deschamps of Newington, CT; Ronald Deschamps of New Britain, CT; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Nelson Deschamps and Richard Deschamps, sister Shirley Yeager, and stepfather Conrad Voisine.
She cherished family times and her grandchildren who brought her much pride and joy. Linda was a loving daughter, mother, wife grandmother, and sister. She will be deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 21st, from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St., Manchester at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Church, 896 Main St., Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
