Carmela (Gaurino) Pinkin, 85, the wife of the late Raymond Pinkin died Tuesday (June 16, 2015) at her home in Manchester . Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Louis and Caroline Gaurino. Carmela formerly worked at the Allen Manufacturing Company of Bloomfield. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Jaworski and his wife Dale of Tolland, Michael Jaworski and his wife Jane of Coventry, Patricia Jones and her husband Brett of Tolland, Carolyn Jaworski of Manchester and Michael Pinkin of Manchester; her grandchildren Michael, Kathryn, Sarah, Kyle, Marisa, Mark, Matthew, Danielle, Colin, Jonathan, and Jaclyn; six great grandchildren; her brother Frank Gaurino and his wife Loretta of South Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Carmela was also predeceased by her brother and two sisters. Funeral services will be held on Saturday (June 20) at 12:00 at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St. Manchester, followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00-12:00.
