Charles E. Bellis, 91, of Manchester, the husband of the late Laura C. Bellis died Tuesday June 2, 2015 at Fox Hill Center in Vernon. He was born in Pennsylvania, the son of Dominic and Isabell Bellis. Charles served in the US Army during World War II and was active in the Army Navy Club. He is survived by his sons Daniel Bellis and his wife Karen of Union, and Thomas Bellis of East Hartford. Charles is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 11th, at 10:00 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St. Manchester, followed by burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Rocky Hill.
