Obituary of Lucille Cote
Lucille Marie (Picard) Cote, 76, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2015 after a year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. Lucille was born on May 1, 1938 in Riceville, New Brunswick, Canada. Lucille arrived in Hartford, Connecticut in 1967 as the new bride married to Lionel Cote (deceased 5/7/2012). She had been a Manchester resident for over forty years. She is survived by her loving children, daughter Nicole Tedford and her husband, Bill and grand-daughters, Jessica LaPointe and Michelle Tedford, and son Allen Cote, and his wife Jacqueline and grand-children, Adam, Jared and Emily. She was the loving sister to Yvon Picard (predeceased -Montreal, Canada), Jeannine Thibodeau (St. Basile, New Brunwick, Canada), Philippe Picard (Montreal, Canada), Rachel Clavette (Woodbury, Connecticut), Rudolphe Picard (Bethel, Connecticut), Rina Clavette (Boynton Beach, Florida), Rino Picard (Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada), Claudette Martin (St. Agatha, Maine), Rita Ouelette (Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada), Lise LeClerc (Riceville, New Brunswick, Canada) and the loving aunt to many, many nieces and nephews. Lucille was a caring soul whose kindness will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her life's work was her dedication to being a loving Mom and Memere. She had extended her caring ways for 10 years as the "TV Lady" at Manchester Memorial Hospital sharing her sweet disposition and spirit with patients.
