Coleen Frances Bolduc, 65, of East Hartford died Friday, February 13, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Spokane, WA she was the daughter of the late Herbert F. Foley and Janice N. Foley. She was currently employed by the East Hartford Board of Education. She is survived by her longtime companion John Simkewicz of East Hartford; her siblings, Eileen Foley of Manchester, Janice Kozur and her husband Joseph of Raeford, NC, Mike Foley of Hartford and Rosemary Wyche and her husband Vincent of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 19th at 7:00 p.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester.
