John H. Neff, 91, of Bristol, widower of Sylvia P. Neff, passed away on Sunday (March 11, 2012) at Sheriden Woods in Bristol. John was born July 29, 1920 a longtime resident of Manchester, CT, his favorite thing was country dancing. He leaves a son, Dave Neff of Bristol, a daughter Joanne Swinsick of Florida, and a son Richard Neff of CA. He also leaves eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Thursday (March 15) at 11 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by burial with military honors in Zion Hill Cemetery Hartford.
