Gail L. Snow, 55, of East Hartford died on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. Gail was born in Willimantic the daughter of Lawrence and E. Clarice (Davis) Brown and was raised in Columbia. She received a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Development from Eastern CT State University and had applied her skills at the Wapping School as an aid to special needs children in South Windsor. She also worked as a waitress for several area restaurants including Gransasso's, Adams Mill and for over sixteen years at Willies. Gail volunteered at the Wapping Community Church, was a member of the Columbia's Women's Softball League and took great joy in entertaining and cooking. She was also an extremely avid Red Sox fan. Her survivors include her sons TJ Snow and Robbie Snow, her daughter Jamie Snow, grandchildren Izzy, Tessa and Sawyer, her brother Stephen Brown, her former husband Bruce Snow and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins .Family and friends may call at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester on Thursday (12/18) from 4:00 - 6:00. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 with the Rev.
