Obituary of Mabel D. Johnson

Mabel D. Johnson, 76, of New Port Richey, FL, the wife of the late Frederick Johnson died Monday, December 01, 2014 at her daughter's home in Manchester. Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Atchey and Blandine Amanda (LaRose) DuBois. She is survived by her children David Larsen and his wife Sharyl of Tolland and Debra Ludlow and her husband Michael of Manchester; her step-son Frederick Johnson, Jr. and his wife Christine of Manchester; her grandchildren Adam and Daniel Ludlow, Cameron and Ashlyn Larsen, and Amanda Larsen; her step grandchildren Nicholas and Carly Johnson; and her step great-granddaughter Gloria Johnson. She is also survived by her brother Bernard DuBois of Bolton and sister Lorette Grimason of Willington, and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sons, Gene Joseph Larsen, Robert Larsen Jr., and Randall Larsen. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association 8 Keynote Drive, Vernon, CT 06066. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 5th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church 896 Main St. Manchester followed by burial in South Cemetery, Tolland.
