Cheryll M. Hagan, 67, of Stafford Springs, the wife of Francis R. Hagan died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Marie Sullivan. She had retired from the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Retardation after many years of service. Besides her husband, she is survived by her sons, Richard Hagan and his wife Lucia of Stafford and Michael Hagan and his wife Katherine of North Carolina; her grandchildren David and Jessica; her brothers Conrad Sullivan and his wife Paula, and Herbert Sullivan and his wife Barbara all of Manchester; and her nieces Jodie, Shannon and Tracy. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday December 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at Bolton Congregational Church 228 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, CT. Family and friends may call at the John F.
