Mary G. Hogan, 83, of Manchester, CT, passed away peacefully Oct. 21 2014 at her home, following a brief illness. She was born Oct. 31 1930 in Scranton, PA daughter of the late James and Helen Gilbride. Mary was predeceased by her husband Redmond D. Hogan (October 2007) and nine siblings, the Gilbrides of Scranton, of which Mary was the second youngest. Mary was a loving mother and grandmother and is survived by her two sons, Thomas C. Hogan and his wife, Angela of Lutz, FL, and John P. Hogan and his partner, Althea Werner of Rosendale, NY, along with seven grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Sara, Mallory, Peter, Maureen and Alexander as well as two great grandchildren. Following an interment service, burial will be in St. James Cemetery on Friday Oct.24 at 2:00PM. The family would like to express their gratitude to Vitas Hospice, Helen Kingstorf and Vanessa Nelson for the care Mary received during her final weeks of life. The John F.
