Elliott J. Svelnys, 66, of Manchester, died Saturday, September 27, 2014 at his home. Born in Sweden, he had lived in Manchester for many years. He retired from Paramount Machine Company after many years of service. He is survived by his sister Julia Dickinson and her husband Steven and his brother John Svelnys.
