JoAnne Mangiafico (Hemingway), 62, of Manchester, CT passed away at Rockville Hospital on Sunday, August 17, 2014 after battling cancer She was born in Brooklyn, on May 2, 1951, to the late Elizabeth French and William Clifford Hemingway of Meriden. She married Alexander Mangiafico on September 29, 2000. Joann is survived by three children; Sheryl St. Jacques, of Seymour, Richard Hemingway, of East Hartford and Crickett Hemingway from Manchester, CT, her brothers William Hemingway, of Manchester, CT, Elmer Hemingway, of Pearland, TX, Ralph Scott of Scottsdale, AZ, three grandchildren, 3 great-children and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours and service will be 5pm - 8 pm on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Tierney Funeral Home. Funeral services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
