Estrella M. Perez, 1, of Manchester, the daughter of Ruben Perez, Jr. and Holly (Willard) Perez died unexpectedly on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. She was born on July 22, 2013 at Hartford Hospital at only 24 weeks and 1 lb. She is survived by her brothers, Chandler, Quinton, Kolby and Xavier; her paternal grandparents, Maria and Ruben Perez, Sr. of Rocky Hill; her aunts and uncles, Glady and Luis Menendez, Carolyn DiNardi, Aaron and Christine Willard, and William Willard, Jr.; her Godmother Katy Clayton and numerous cousins. Estrella's family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff at C.C.M.C., especially the N.I.C.U., the Manchester Police and Fire Departments, A.S.M. and her longtime loving nurse Barbara Soucie.
