T. George Malinoski, 86, of East Hartford, beloved husband of Bernice (Millette) Malinoski for fifty-six years, died on Friday (May 2, 2014).He was born in Sterling, CT to the late Stephanie and Michael Malinoski. He later moved to Glastonbury where he attended Glastonbury High School. After graduation, he began employment at Pratt & Whitney, where he worked for forty-two years. During that time he was drafted into the army, where he served for three years. George was an active member of the American Legion for sixty years and a long time member of St. Christopher's Church. He was predeceased by his daughter Lori Malinoski and his sisters Margaret, Victoria and Mary. A loving husband, father and grandfather, besides his wife Bernice, he is also survived by his son Michael and his wife Judy of PA, his daughter MaryBeth Malinoski-Mishler and her husband Jack of CO and his beloved grandchildren Amanda Malinoski-Lange and her husband Ryan, Rachel Malinoski and Matthew, Jason and Lauren Mishler. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday (May 7th) at 10:15 from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Christopher Church Brewer St. East Hartford with burial in St. Mary Cemetery., East Hartford.Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00.
