Anna B. Mozzer, 96, of Manchester, the wife of the late William F. Mozzer died Thursday (April 10, 2014) at Crestfield Nursing Home, Manchester. Born in Poquonock, CT, she lived in Manchester for 90 years. She worked at Pioneer Parachute for many years. Anna was a communicant of St. Bridget Church and was a member of their Rosary Society. She is survived by her children and their spouses; William and Bette Lou Mozzer of Essex, Dennis and Judi Mozzer of Harwich, MA, and Joyce and Gary Lemire of Hebron; her grandchildren: Brian and Karen Mozzer, Keri Czaplicki, Todd Mozzer, Tracy and David Bogner, Kym and Sean Pruitt, David and Marla Mozzer, and Alexa, Garrett and Matthew Lemire; her sister-in-law Virginia Nycz; and special friends, Peggy, Mary, Joan, Glenda, Trina and Richard. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday (April 16th) at 12:30 p.m. from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St., Manchester, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 1:00 p.m. at St. Bridget Church, 80 Main St., Manchester, followed by burial in St. Bridget Cemetery, Manchester.
