Helen Savoie, 89, of Bolton, CT, born in Maine on April 19,1924 died peacefully on March 4, 2014 surrounded by her family. Helen left this world to be with her loving husband Desire Savoie. She leaves a daughter Yolande Faulkner and her husband Joe of Bolton, and a son Louis Savoie and his wife Barbara of Enfield. She had three grandchildren; Cherie, Robert and Teila and one precious great-grandchild Lexie. Helen is survived by one sister Lyda Richard of Canada; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to join in the celebration of her life at the Tierney Funeral Home in Manchester on Saturday March 15, 2014 10am -12pm, followed by Mass at Saint Dunstans Church in Glastonbury, at 12:30. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Helen's name, to a charity of choice.
