Obituary of Ernestine Barrera
Ernestine L. (Wilkie) Barrera, 89, the wife of the late Charles F. Barrera, Sr. retired MSG US Army died on Thursday (February 20, 2014) at Manchester Manor. Ernestine was born in Manchester the daughter of the late Ernest and Florence (Yattow) Wilkie and had lived in Manchester all her life. She worked as a supervisor at Multi Circuit Co. for fifteen years. Ernestine is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Charles "Chuck" , Jr. and Chickey (Balesano) Barrera, five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; her brother Austin Wilkie of Vernon and nine nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her son David Barrera. Ernestine's family would like to offer a note of sincere appreciation for the wonderful care provided by both the staff at Manchester Manor and the hospice program of Masonicare.
