Jeanette A. Horn, 76, the wife of the late William K. Horn, whose death occurred in April, died on Sunday (January 5, 2014) at Crestfield Convalescent Home. Jeanette was born in Fall River, MA the youngest of the seven children of Peter and Mary Cassano and had lived in Florida, Rhode Island and New Jersey before becoming a long time resident of Manchester. She was formerly employed by the Hartford Insurance Co. and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She and her husband especially enjoyed their trips to Maine. Jeanette's family would like to offer a deep and profound thank you to her wonderful neighbors, the staff at Crestfield and the VNA Hospice team for all their love and support. She is survived by her nieces, who loved and adored Jeanette, Joyce Clark and her husband Michael and their son Justin of South Windsor and Stacy Mugford Doppman of Hadley, MA and her fiance' James Lovett and a special note of thanks, to theirs and Jeanette's friend, Arlene Zdanis. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private.
