Ellen Frances Henry, 98, formerly of Manchester, beloved wife of the late Thomas P. Henry died Tuesday (December 31, 2013) at Salem Hill Nursing Home, Purdys, NY. Born in Holyrood, Newfoundland, Canada, June 29, 1915 she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Margaret Lahey. She is survived by her son, Robert J. Henry and his wife Elaine of Coventry; her grandchildren Michael and his wife Jessica, Eric, Kristin, Sean, Alisa, Stephanie, Adam, Tiffany and Daniel; and her great-grandchildren Josie, Colin, Cadel, Austin and Ryan. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sons Kenneth B. Henry, James F. Henry and Thomas P. Henry. Funeral service will be held on Saturday (January 4th) at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St., Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at the Church of the Assumption 27 Adams St. South, Manchester, followed by burial in St. James Cemetery.
