Obituary of Bertha D. Botticello
Botticello, Bertha "Bert" Elizabeth Dewald Botticello, 86, of Manchester passed away on Sunday, December 1st at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Bert was born in Manchester the daughter of Eva Larson (Dewald). She was predeceased by Joseph, her beloved husband. Bert is survived by her son, John Botticello, his fiancée Donna Lemay, son Phillip Botticello (predeceased) and wife Pam. Bertha is survived by her grandchildren, Anthony Botticello and partner Kelsy Lachapelle, and great-grandchild Willow; Amber Botticello and Kelly Lemay; her sisters Dorothy and husband Howard Wilkins and Mildred and husband Steve Rowolle. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law Paul and Henry Botticello; Thomas and Anthony (predeceased); sisters-in-law Camille Birge and Constance Shea, and many nieces and nephews. Bert was proud of her 'Swedish' heritage and loved raising her family and taking care of them and friends. She worked with her family in the garden raising gladiolus and produce. She loved to travel and had a great sense of humor. Family and friends may call at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester on Wednesday (12/4) from 4-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 11 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
