Bruce W. Garner, 52, formerly of Ellington the husband of Diane (Aberle) Garner died Thursday (January 19, 2012) at Westside Care Center, Manchester. Born in Hartford, April 30, 1959, he was the son of Winfred B. Garner of Manchester and the late Beverly J. (Fuller) Garner. He was formerly employed by LCI Construction. Besides his wife and father, he is survived by his siblings Sandra Stratton, James B. Garner, and Diane M. Garner. Bruce's family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff of Masonicare Hospice for their care. Funeral service with Pastor John Marshall officiating will be held on Saturday (January 28th) 12:00 at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester, followed by burial in East Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10:00-12:00.
