Obituary of Helen Linsenbigler
Helen M. (Lawler) Linsenbigler, 80, of Manchester and Sarasota, FL beloved wife of Gerald S. Linsenbigler, died Monday, November 11, 2013, at her home. Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Mary (Coppinger) Lawler. Helen was a graduate of Manchester High School and retired from Stop & Shop after 26 years of service. Besides her husband she is survived by her children Cathryn Ware and her husband James of Wallingford, Scott Linsenbigler and his fiancée Suzanne of Higganum, and Michael Linsenbigler and his wife Mary Ellen of Suffield, and her grandchildren Andrew and Nicole Ware, Chelsea and Megan Linsenbigler and Erin and Caitlin Linsenbigler. She is also survived by her brother John Lawler and his wife Nancy of Maine; sister-in-law Mary Anne Lawler of Manchester and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Susan Anne Linsenbigler, and siblings, Joseph Lawler and Mary (Lawler) Pasek. Funeral service will be held on Friday (November 15th) at 9:30 a.m. from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester, with a Mass of Christian Burial Celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Church 896 Main St. Manchester. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
