FOLEY, Gerald E. "Darby", III Gerald E. "Darby" Foley, III, 37, of Webster, MA, the husband of Valerie (Zak) Foley, died unexpectedly Wednesday, (February 13, 2008) in Boston. Born in Manchester, he was the Director of IT for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Gerald E. Foley IV, Padraic M. Foley and Christian D. Foley all of Webster, MA; his parents: Peter F. and Nancy P. (Bowlby) Foley of Manchester; his sisters: Shannon M. Foley of Hebron and Megan L. Sheehan and her husband Ryan W. of East Hartford; and his nephew Jorge Escobar. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 18, 1 p.m. at St. James Church, 896 Main St., Manchester. Family and friends may call at the John F.
