Obituary of Tyler A. Richter
Tyler A. Richter, 43, of Charlestown, RI, formerly of Manchester, died unexpectedly Sunday (April 7, 2013) in Rhode Island. Born in Hartford he was the son of the late Allen O. and Shirley A. (Kesckes) Richter. He attended St. Bridget School, graduated from East Catholic High School Class of 1986 and Northeastern University Class of 1991. He also attended Professional Bartenders School of New England (2005). Tyler lived in Mississippi and was employed by the Gold Strike Casino for 3 yrs. He was currently employed as an Operation Analyst for RBS/Citizen's Financial Group. Tyler was also an avid Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees fan, was a fan of Star Wars and loved the beach. He is survived by his siblings, Terence Richter and his wife Kathy of Lake Hiawatha, NJ, their children Deanna and Tori, Barton Richter and his wife Pamela of Auburn, WA, their son Brian, Timothy Richter and his wife Karen of Goldsboro, MD, their children Jason (fiancée Amanda) and Amy, Thomas Richter and his wife Clarice of Southington, CT, their children Nicholas, Greg and Jillian Waterworth, Kyle and Nicole Waterworth, Jared Waterworth (fiancée Karyn Howell), Bruce Richter and his wife Carol of Coventry, their children Paul and Daniel, and Linda Richter Petersen of Vernon and her children Gail and Kevin Dalton, Matthew and Courtney Petersen, and Brian Petersen (fiancée Nicole Kemp). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law Martin C. Petersen. Funeral service will be held on Monday (April 15th) at 10:30 am at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 3-6 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to East Catholic High School Scholarship Fund
