Melissa E. Connery

December 26, 1968 – November 13, 2023

Melissa E. Connery of East Hartford, died unexpectedly on November 13, 2023.  She was born in Hartford, CT to James M. Connery III and Elaine W. Jones Connery.  She attended school in East Hartford, was previously employed as a manager at Munson’s Chocolates in Bolton and was a manager at A-2-Z Storage in East Windsor.  She was known for her love of Jeeps, pets, and playing basketball.  Those who knew her appreciated her helpful, friendly, and genuine nature.

She is survived by her parents, as well as her sister, Kimberly Hill of Charlton, MA, her nephew Dolan Hill, nieces Kaleigh and Abbigael Hill, her dear Uncle Jack Connery, and her dog Royce.   She was predeceased by her beloved grandmother Edna Mae Jones, her dogs Scout and Hunter, and her cat Nermal.  The family extends a heartfelt thank you for the compassion and support of Melissa’s special friends Steve Forrest and Jill and Malcolm Gauthier.  In dark times, there is always light. The world is a better place for having such people in it.
