Obituary of Michael J. Ridel

Michael Jeffrey Ridel, 32, of Tolland, passed away on November 9, 2023. He was born on January 16, 1991, to Stefan Warenycia, Jr. and Catherine Ridel-Allen, in Manchester. 

Michael attended Manchester High School and went on to become a product handler at Leneer /UPS. In his free time, Michael enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working on cars. He was a social butterfly, with a huge heart, with his barrel laughter, he was always quick with a joke. Some of his fondest memories are his trips to Disney with his son, his trip to Florida Buena Vista, crabbing at the beach, playing barbies - being a girl dad, Big E trips and driving to Virginia with his daughter to visit his best friend.

Michael is survived by his mother, Catherine Allen and his loving stepfather who helped to raise him, Patrick Allen; his son, Justin Ridel and his mother Miranda Milhomens, and his daughter, Mila Ridel and her mother Desiree Magowan; his half brother, Stefan Warenycia III; his cousin, who was raised with him as a brother, Ryan Garrison; his best friend, James "Jimmy" Lombardi; and maternal grandmother, Mildred "Millie" Ridel, his grandfather Steve Ridel; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
