Obituary of Jon M. Santos

Jon Michael Santos, age 77, of Manchester, CT, beloved husband of the late Sandra Santos to whom he was married for 52 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 8^th, 2023, at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born on November 9^th, 1945, in Herrin, IL, he was the son of the late Herman and Lorraine Berra.

Jon was a Navy veteran and the business owner of a plumbing and HVAC company based in central CT. He loved his family and friends and always loved a good laugh with them. He loved basketball and football and never missed a Patriots or Celtics game. He was a man of unwavering faith and was a living example of one of his favorite versus from Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Jon is survived by his sister Janice (Berra) Short, son Michael C. Santos, his wife Meghan, and two grandchildren Todd Michael Santos and Ella Olive Santos, son Peter Jon Santos, and sister-in-law Cheryl Robinson.

Center St. in Manchester on Friday, November 17^th, from 9-10 a.m. A funeral service will be held at the Church of the Living God, 199 Deming St. in Manchester on Friday, November 17^th at 11 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life lunch at Manchester Country Club.
