Obituary of Lisa Marie Williams

Lisa Marie Unsworth Williams, 62, of Ellington, CT died unexpectantly on Thursday, September 7^th, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford CT. She died peacefully surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Westerly, Rhode Island but grew up in Hebron, CT and was a resident of Ellington for the past 39 years. She worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals all her life, the last 32 years working for Oak Hill School.

She leaves behind her husband Mr. Robert C. Williams, Jr., son Robert C. Williams, III and daughter-in-law Kathryn Bowden of South Windsor. She is predeceased by her mother Carole Sumption Wilbraham of Hebron and survived by her father Walter J. Unsworth of Ellington, two brothers and their wives Kevin and Laurie Unsworth of Ellington and Scott and Josephine Unsworth of Glastonbury, and many, many friends, and cousins.

The celebration of her life will be at a date to be announced, burial will be private.
