Obituary of Barbara A. LeDuc

Barbara Ann LeDuc, 81, of Glastonbury, passed away on Monday, April 17^th, 2023, at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Daughter of the late Alfred Michael and Ada (Webb) Novelli. Barbara was born on December 15, 1941, in Manchester. 

Barbara graduated from high school and first worked at Pearlis Woodworking, then went on to work for the State of Connecticut for Child and Youth Services. She was a woman of many talents and hobbies throughout her lifetime. Over the years, Barbara enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, and racing cars. She was very proud of becoming a private pilot and also volunteered for the Golden Retriever Foundation in Massachusetts. Barbara was very passionate about her Golden's and had many of her own over the years.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Richard Novelli and his wife, Lynn; as well as nieces and nephews, Rj Novelli Jr. and Lena Fazzina; and great nieces and nephews, Lexie, Trenton, Kendra and Addison. Besides her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her beloved dogs, BeeGee, Cinnamon, Brandy, Molly, Hobie and Duke. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St. in Manchester on Monday, May 1st from 8:30-10:00 a.m. with a funeral home service immediately following. Burial will take place at St. James Cemetery, 368 Broad St., Manchester.
