Obituary of Phillip A. Duncan
Phillip A. Duncan, beloved husband of 40 years to Wendy (Cheverier) Duncan, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2022. Born on September 27, 1950, in Hartford, CT, he was the son of Alexander Duncan and Helen (Osipuk) Duncan.
Phillip is survived by his sisters Loretta Levere and her husband Rocco of East Hartford, and Patrice Duncan of Glastonbury, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Steven and sister Carol.
Donations may be made in Phillip’s memory to St. James School, 73 Park Street, Manchester, CT 06040.
Family and friends may call on the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center St., Manchester, on Friday, November 11th, 2022, from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. James Parish, 896 Main St., Manchester. Burial will be held at Hillside Cemetery in East Hartford.
