Obituary of Marcia Borello
Marcia Frances Borello passed this life on August 23, 2022 at Tampa General Hospital. She was 71 years old. She was born in Manchester, Connecticut on September 6, 1950. Her parents are Vincent F. Borello of Manchester, CT and Rose C. (Pagani) Borello originally of Magliano Sabina, Italy.
Marcia is survived by her daughter, Brianna Rose Borello of Tampa, Florida; her brother, Robert V. Borello and his spouse, Deborah of The Villages, FL; nieces, Rebecca and Sarah and nephew, Robert; and numerous cousins.
Marcia was raised in Manchester and graduated from Manchester High School in 1968. She attended Mount Aloysius Jr. College and earned a BS from the College of St. Mary at Omaha, Nebraska and an MBA from Barry University, Miami Shores, FL. Her professional career focused on medical records management in hospitals in Los Angeles, CA and Miami, FL and later in Health Care Risk Management in Tampa.
A funeral service will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church in Tampa on October 15, 2022 where she has been a longtime communicant. There her many friends will celebrate Marcia’s very active life.
Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Manchester, CT on October 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. where Marcia will be laid to rest alongside her parents.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
