Obituary of Anita Dusto

Anita Dusto, age 73, of Vernon, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022, at Manchester Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Madeline “Ado” Metallic, Anita was born on March 11, 1949, in Listuguj, Quebec, Canada. Anita is finally reunited with her husband, Harold Cedric Dusto, known fondly as “Sparky”. Together they shared 48 years of marriage, spending much of their time together surrounded by family, which was most
important to them.

Anita is survived by her children, Lana Kelly and her husband Shawn, and Mike Dusto and his wife Alison; her grandchildren, Kodi and Brock Kelly, and Tristan, Rylan and Kayden Dusto; her siblings, Tittle Metallic, Elias Metallic and his wife Fay, Manfred “Koshe” Metallic and his wife Joyce Wysote, Marlene Dedam and her husband Simon, Floyd Metallic and his wife Tina Martin, and Lammie Metallic and his wife Susan Isaac; her uncle Louie Metallic, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members whom she adored. Besides her mother and husband, Anita was predeceased by her brother Joe Robert Metallic, and her sister-in-law who was married to Tittle, Gail Metallic.
