Obituary of Chanh Van Nguyen

Chanh Van Nguyen, 61, of East Hartford, the youngest of eight, passed away peacefully on 16th April 2022 after a prolonged illness. Mr. Nguyen was born on 16th July 1960 in Saigon, Vietnam to Chau Van Nguyen and Doi Thi Huynh. He married Bich-Thuy Thi Nguyen on 29th April 1983. They raised four sons. Mr. Nguyen came to the United States on 1st August 2002 and worked for Cheney Technical High School until his retirement in 2018. Family was his life’s joy. He survived by his wife, three brothers, Loc Van Nguyen of Vietnam, Phuoc Van Nguyen of Canada, Quan Van Nguyen, four sisters, Tan Thi Nguyen, Qui Thi Nguyen, Tho Thi Nguyen, Minh Thi Nguyen, four sons, Huy Bao Nguyen, Toan Bao Nguyen, Tan Bao Nguyen, Duy Bao Nguyen, two grandsons, as well as seven nieces and three nephews.
