John,Mike, and The Entire Andreo Family ,
My sincere condolences Mr.A was in a class all by himself . I had the pleasure of servicing his grocery store for many years when I worked for Coca Cola there wasn’t a more pleasant man that I ever met in the business then him . He realized that his vendors and his help played a key roll in his success and he was the 1st to let you know that . If he saw me in his store he would make it a point to come and say hello I had a lot of respect for him . I know his community was very important to him . So was his family nobody can say the Andreo’s didn’t work for what they have they have earned everything they have from the top on down one of the hardest working families I know and I believe that Mr.A was a huge part of that . Again nothing but respect for this man and the family . That thundering voice will be missed but I’m sure he will have god’s attention . Mr.A & Mrs.A will now be reunited.
May He Rest In Peace .

To the entire Andreo family, my sincere condolences on the passing of Loren. He was a remarkable man and a true patriarch to his family. He truly lived a fulfilling life. His kindness and compassion as a human being is something to be admired. I remember back in 2004 when I was taking our family on its first cruise and we ran into the Andreo family at the airport who were also going on a cruise. This was for Loren and Peggy’s 50th anniversary. Just so happens we were on the same flight and there was going to be a delay. The Andreo clan took up most of the flight and as we all had to be in Ft. Lauderdale at a certain time to make our different cruise ships the flight attendant, with a little prodding by Mr. A, assured us we would get there in time. At that point we asked if we could be part of the family as well since we did not want to be late for our ship. Mr. A had a big firm handshake and when you greeted him for the holidays, it was always “Merry Christmas” and never “Happy Holidays”, or he would firmly remind you. His strong belief in God was a guiding force in his life. I remember fondly the annual trips to RI for dinner to celebrate with Mr. A, Peggy, Mike, John, Tim Clarke, and Steve Slota a good year for liquor stores and the friendships we all shared. Mr. A will surely be missed, but his presence will live on in his wonderful family. Rest In Peace Mr. A and may perpetual light always shine upon you and your family. I am glad that I got to know you. God bless the entire Andreo family.
Sincerely,
Steve Lancor

I worked for Andy for several years in two of his grocery stores. He was a great boss, always upbeat and willing to teach us about the business. He even let me, a high school student, manage the produce department one summer when the manager was ill.
Once, his father came into the store. He said “Norm, pick up that nickel.” I could not find it. He said “ That potato on the floor is worth a nickel and it affects the profit”. I never forgot it. I told Andy and he talked about the low profit levels on the grocery business due to competition. Andy was always teaching.
He loved his family and I spoke with all of them. His mother, wife and children.A great family.
God bless all of you and Andy. I am so glad to be a small part of his life.

To The Andreo Family - your father was one of kind. He was so generous and kind to my mother. He always came over to see her at the Holidays and brought her a present. Most bosses are not doing that 30 years after their employee has retired. I'm very sad to see that he's gone. The Willis family will always remember him with love.

Andy was and remains so special to all of us. A brilliant businessman who was so humble you might never know how successful he was. No one I have ever met could bring so much happiness by simply entering the room. Always happy always smiling. I will always miss you. I pray you are with Mrs Andreo and enjoying all of your special memories. May God Bless You!

Mr. A has been like a father to me for almost 50 years. The influence he has had on my life is profound and immeasurable. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds. He has made my family part of his for so many years, and there is no way I could ever thank him enough. The things he and his wife and children have done for myself and my family would require more than a book to memorialize. Today our hearts are broken and will be for a long time. He was a giant of a man, and as a good a man as I have ever known, and as a good a man as there ever was. May you take comfort in the fact that the world is a much better place today because your Dad was in it. All the lives he touched and changed for the better are countless. Andy and Janet, Mike and Vikki, Mary and Paul, Karen and Dom, John and Karen, Ann and Dave, and all your beautiful children: our deepest sympathies to you all. Your Dad and Granddad will be in our hearts forever.
Love, Moe, Liz, Tommy, Rose and Erin

Andy was not only a great family man, a great American citizen, a great businessman…he was more than that to me.
A great person who always asked how you were, how’s business, and how can I help you. He set the tone for the entire family and they followed his lead.
The Andreo family is the epitome of a hard working family who really cares about others.
Andy may be gone, but his legacy will live on.

I met the Andreo family in 1966 . Michael and I were in seventh grade together . Over the past 55 years my admiration for Mr A only grew stronger. I never met a more caring warm human being . He was an example of how to live your life . As a loving caring husband , loving father , grandfather and great grandfather. He had passion for everything he did . If you only had one friend in the world you would want it to be Mr A . Every time we spoke you told me how much you miss your Peggy. You will now be together in heaven . God Bless you . Love always .
