Obituary of Victor W. Tuley
Victor Wayne Tuley, 58, resident of Manchester and Vernon, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Monday 10/18/2021. Victor is survived by his mother Patricia O’Brien and her partner Linda Bower; his brother Michael and his wife Kathy; two uncles, Marc Coleman and wife Debbie, and Craig Coleman; one niece, Erica Ryan and her husband David and their daughters Hannah and Ava; one nephew, Alex Tuley and his son Evan; two cousins, Eric Coleman and his son Chase, and Cara Brannon and her husband Blake and their children Rhya and Tyler.
