Obituary of Thomas F. Passcantell

Thomas F. Passcantell, 70, of Vernon formerly of Manchester, the husband of the late Sandra (Jackson) Passcantell, died unexpectedly Sunday, April 18^th, 2021 at his home. Born in Manchester, he was the son of the late Herman and Rita Passcantell. Thomas was a police officer with the Manchester Police Department for 25 years before retiring to Tennessee to enjoy the Smokey Mountains and the easy going lifestyle.  He enjoyed fishing, shooting, riding his motorcycle and most importantly spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his children Nicholas and his wife Christine of Manchester, and Jessica and her husband Brian Cruz of Vernon; his grandchildren Jasmine Cruz, Olivia and Delaney Passcantell; his sister Dana and her husband David Grenier; and his companion Toni Enman whom he spent the last few years of his life with. He was predeceased by his sister Diane McCall. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
