Obituary of Rose M. Marandino

Rose M. Marandino, 88, of Simsbury, Connecticut, the beloved wife of the late Dominic Marandino, Sr. died Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Middletown, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Sebastian and Serafina "Fannie" DiMauro and had lived in Simsbury for many years. She is survived by her five children: her daughter, Catherine Lebron and her husband Freddie, and their two children, Jason and Byron all of Tolland, Connecticut: her son, Dominic Marandino, Jr., and his wife, Karen, of  South  Windsor, Connecticut  and their  four  children :  Christina Yester and her husband, Brendan, and their children, Brendan, Jr., Anthony, and Rory all of Manchester, Connecticut; Andrea Royce and her husband, A.J., and their child, Andy, all of Manchester, Connecticut; Dominic Marandino, Ill and his wife, Alyssa, of Glastonbury, Connecticut; and Lauren Marandino, of New York, New York: her son, Peter Marandino and his wife, Isabella of West Granby, Connecticut and their two children Alexandria and Gabriella of West Hartford, Connecticut: her  daughter, Elizabeth Moriarty and her husband, Thomas, and their three children, Thomas, Jr., Rose and Erin, all of South Windsor, Connecticut: and  her daughter, Ann  Bidon and her husband, Ron, of Granby, Connecticut,  and their two children, Nicole Shute and her husband Nicholas and their child Tucker, of Suffield, Connecticut; and Taylor Bidon of Granby, Connecticut.  Funeral service and calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St. Manchester, Connecticut, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. celebrated at the Church of the Assumption, 27 Adams St. South, Manchester, Connecticut followed by burial in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, Connecticut.
