Obituary of Francis W Kincman, Jr.
Francis “Fran” W. Kincman, Jr.,51, the husband of Lauren “Laurie” A. (Galvin) Kincman died on Monday, March 29, 2021 at his home in Manchester. Fran was born in Rockville and had been employed with the Highway Department, Town of Manchester. Besides his wife Laurie he is survived by his daughter Jessica Kincman of Manchester, his mother Barbara (Chapman) Kincman East Hartford, his sister and her husband Cheryl and Paul Comini of Palm Harbor, FL, his brother Kevin Kincman of East Hartford, several nieces and nephews and his canine companion Otis. Funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, April 2nd at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester.
