Obituary of Toni L. Iamonaco

Antoinette “Toni” Iamonaco passed away Monday March 29, 2021 at Vernon Manor, she was 94 years old. Her extended family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Vernon Manor for the kindness and care that they gave to her over the past two years. Toni was born in Manchester on March 11, 1927, daughter of the late Nunzio and Lucia (Romano) Iamonaco. Toni had worked for many years for Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis and she was the family historian. Toni loved to tell stories of growing up in a large Italian household and she was very proud of her heritage.  She was a communicant of St.James Church.

She is survived by her brother John Iamonaco and her sister Mary Donlon both of Manchester, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces.  Besides her parents, Toni was predeceased by her brothers Gary and Anthony Iamonaco, her sisters Rose Becker, Olga Bowls and Angela Iamonaco and her nephew Dr. Robert G. Iamonaco. 

 

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 8th, at St. James Church, 896 Main St., Manchester. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St James Parish. The John F.
