Obituary of Alexander Elliott
Alexander R. Elliott 83 of Manchester and beloved husband of 64 years Ikuko Elliott passed away peacefully on Friday February 19, 2021 at his home. He was born in Bangor, ME on August 10, 1937 son of the late Patrick Henry and Elizabeth (Garrish) Elliott. Alexander served in the United States Army beginning in 1954 as a Paratrooper in 101st Airborne. He served for 43 years attaining the rank of Master Sergeant.
Alexander is survived by his beloved wife Ikuko, three sons Mark M. Elliott, Michael P. & Margaret Elliott and Mathew R. & Tuesday Elliott; six grandchildren William, Rhiannon, Mark & Mickey Elliott and Caroline Stilwell & Matthew Nolan.
A memorial service with military honors is being held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center Street, Manchester. For service updates and condolences online please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com
